As you build your business, it helps to have access to great resources. I have discovered and use some great tools (email service providers, hosting companies, graphic design, productivity, etc.) that have helped me grow my business.

Artful Contracts
Artful Contracts will allow you to purchase templates (policies, disclosures, contracts, etc.) that have been prepared by attorney Amy Nesheim.
Amy is an attorney that specializes in helping online entrepreneurs, course creators, coaches, and consultants stay compliant with the law. I personally use and recommend the disclaimers, templates and website policies.

Bluchic

Canva
Canva is my favorite graphic design tool! I use Canva for all things design because it’s simple to use and you don’t have to be a graphic designer to create awesome looking eBooks, social media posts, logos, lead magnets, checklists, etc.
They also have a lot of templates that can be used as a starting point for great designs. You can personalize the designs with your brand colors, fonts, etc., to really make them fit your personal brand.
Canva has both a free and a paid version.
ClickUp
ClickUp is the project management tool that I use to manage all of my content creation, digital product creation, course creation and social media. Heck, it’s what I use to for all aspects of my business . ClickUp is a robust project management tool that is simple to use and is very affordable.
Whether you are a solopreneur or have a team, you’ll find that ClickUp helps you run your business efficiently and effectively. You’ll be able to easy set up tasks that need to be done, assign the task, track it, etc. to make sure you stay on top of things.

ConvertKit
ConvertKit is my recommendation for an email service provider. I like ConvertKit because it is a great multi-use tool for new and advanced marketers.
ConvertKit is not just an email service provider but they also have customizable opt-in form and landing pages and have an automation sequence planner tool. Additionally, they also have incorporated the ability to sell products via their system. ConvertKit is easy to use and the service is very reasonably priced for the suite of tools they offer.
They offer a free play as well as a paid plan. You can do a 14 day free trial if you prefer to try before you commit to one of their plans.

Creative Market
Creative Market (CM) is my “go to” website for fonts and other elements such as landing page designs.
On the CM website, you’ll find fonts, brand elements, website themes, sales pages, graphics, procreate brushes, digital elements, Canva templates, etc. Pretty much anything you are looking for design wise, you’ll find on CM.
One of the things that I really like about Creative Market is that I can get great items that are created by other entrepreneurs. As a result, I can purchase quality designs that meet my needs, and support other entrepreneurs that have created them.

GoDaddy
GoDaddy is my choice for purchasing domains. I’ve used GoDaddy for my domain purchases for more than 10 years. I own more than 20 domains and they have all been purchased from GoDaddy.
The great thing about GoDaddy is not only are they a reputable domain registrar, their website makes it easy to purchase domains and make any necessary changes. You can easily change the nameservers to host your domain at another company such as Siteground, HostGator or Bluehost.
Jasper (AI Writing Tool)
Jasper is one of the best business tools I have invested in to increase my productivity. When you are first starting out as a solopreneur, maximizing your efforts without increasing your workload is important.
Jasper allows me to write blog posts, meta descriptions, YouTube description, email messages, my weekly email newsletter, product descriptions, blog and video titles, and many other things, in minutes. Some of these things used to take me hours! Also, unlike some of the free AI tools, the content that Jasper produces is 99.99% plagiarism free.

Printful
Printful is a print on demand option for merchandise that you want to sell. They offer over 300 products that you can customize with your own design and start selling right away.

Restream
Restream is my go-to choice for live streaming. What I really like about Restream is it allows you to broadcast to multiple social media platforms, simultaneously.

Siteground
Siteground is my #1 choice for web hosting. I’ve used other platforms, but Siteground get my vote (and hosts this website).
I like them for their ease of use, responsive customer service team, reasonable prices and I’ve personally not experienced any issues with my website being down due to issues on their end.

Tailwind
One of the best ways to get traffic to your blog posts, products, courses, YouTube videos, etc., is by using Tailwind. Tailwind is a marketing tool that can be used with Pinterest and now Instagram to automatically schedule content.
I personally use Pinterest to drive traffic to my YouTube videos, blog posts, digital products and courses. It has been a huge help in getting people to see the content that I create. I highly recommend that you check out Tailwind and incorporate into your traffic strategy.
One of the best features of Tailwind is the ability to upload your pins and use the automatic scheduler. This feature alone is worth the monthly subscription. You really can set up pins 1-2 times per month and then let Tailwind take over and do the work.
